Got a notification from my butcher regarding, Brisquettas™. I've never heard of this cut.

Brisquetta, the alternative to Brisket.

The Brisquetta, a small and amazingly quick alternative to Brisket. A simple cut specifically produced for beginners and small cooks.

Has anyone here heard of this cut? Is it known by another name? Thanks.

Looks like Beef Pectoral muscle. I get a bag of them from Gordon Food Service. They look and cook like mimi briskets but a quarter of the time.

LOL, I just cooked some up Wednesday for stroganoff, Sirloin tip roast cut into steaks that was cut into strips.
GFS carries the whole knuckle occasionally.
