this is kind of the same question i've read several times on the site, but it seems different when it happens to myself,
. the darn thing is 10 lbs. went on at 10:00 last night, still going intern. at 186 now (1:55 pm). the wierd is it shrunk incredibly, also stalled in the 187-188 region and FELL to 178ish, and has proceeded to climb to the present 186, probably close to 187 by now. im used to stalls at 165 ish??? aren't you? thing is i thought i'de try foiling this time and have never before. I foiled at the first 170 on the money, (thats before the fall) It smelled and looked amazing, now its looking dryer and dryer and kinda like a boot. i've turned out awsome briskit before and not so awsome, but I understood the not so good ones and what caused them. this one has thrown me, ussually at 180's I can kind of see what its becoming and foretell what to expect and always have them right where I want them, i just jump on them when tender these days, but not this time, its like a boot and like I say, strange cause it shrunk soooo much and now i don't know if the foil, or what the heck happened.. just don't know but shes still goin. these things never stop amazing me, i always liked reading briskit posts to hear the same type of stuff but never had craziness happen to me. i'm gonna hang in there and check for tender ever half hourish, agreed? thank you guys very much. -Dan
