Ive got a bunch of people coming over tomorrow for a little St. Paddys get together.Plan on doing 6 racks of babys and a 7lb brisket flat. Any thoughts on when I should start cooking the brisket to serve around 2:00 I do plan on foiling and oven finishing.Not worried about the ribs, Ive done plenty but this is only my second brisket. Thanks
