Brisket prices in Madison/Milwaukee

Does anybody know where to find good prices for brisket in the Madison/Milwaukee area? Today I went to 3 grocery stores and one meat store that didnt even have brisket. Ended up getting a 5 pound flat at Pick n Save in Watertown for 3.99 a pound!!! And that was his last one. Desperate, I bought it anyway...this stuff better taste like gold!

I know I'm a bit south of your market, but around here Super Walmart carries them a whole brisket at 1.28 per pound. I'm thinking it would be worth calling some Walmart Supercenters.
