Brisket For AJ

Making the Turducken roll that AJ bought for me in exchange for the packer. Went on the WSM over lump and apple wood at 9:30AM and needs about 2 hrs to cook. Taking this to my Sisters house for Thanksgiving. My brother in Law is cooking dinner but I asked him if he ever had one and he said no, but always wanted to try one. I told him I'd make it and we can all try it together.

Well as you know I'm not a huge poultry fan... It was OK, not sure why it was just OK to me? But my Sister, Niece, and Nephew loved it.

My Brother in Law is on a new kemo treatment and didn't get a chance to try it. It was so sad, He was up at 6AM and made this wonderful meal and had about 2 bites of the food on his plate and got up and went and laid down on the soafa, got relly sick in his stomach. He never did eat the rest of the day. I felt so sad for him, all the hard work and couldn't eat. Very, very depressing.

I left it there for him to try, and since they all loved it.
