Brisket Flat Injections


 
I've used Kitchen Basics brand beef stock, add my rub, some soy sauce, some worchestershire, Franks Hot Sauce, and a couple pieces of bacon. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for a half hour, stirring occasionally. I've used this with brisket and tritip. Cool it down before injecting, of course.
