Brisket Drippings

I did my first High Heat brisket today and now the brisket is resting and I have about 2 cups of drippings left from the foil. What would you do with them for a simple sauce? I've never done a sauce from scratch before, so the simpler the better.

Andy, seal it tight, and send it to ME!
I'll destroy that HIGHLY toxic waste FOR YOU!

...or you can make No. 5 Sauce with it.
Simply HEAVEN and once you try it, you'll NEVER EVER buy bottled sauce again!

Andy, this is liquid gold. Let cool and skim the fat off then put in freezer bags for use in any recipe that calls for beef such as beef stew, hamburgs, meatloaf, etc. Adds great flavor.

Better yet freeze it in a ice cube tray after it cools put them in a zip lock back in the freezer then you can take the cubes out and use as little or as much as you want
