A guy I work with got a free Brinkmann. I know a lot of people on this site started out with a Brinkmann. I was wondering if there were a couple tidbits of advice out there that might help him get respectable Q. I'm pretty sure he'd be happy if he could pull off some good Baby Back Ribs. I was thinking his best chance might be to do a 3-2-1 cook.
