Brinkmann: Follow Up

Just wanted to let the board know of my latest experience with Brinkmann:

After waiting for 25 minutes, I was able to speak with a rep this morning. And guess what? My charcoal pan order that I placed two and a half weeks ago had NEVER BEEN ORDERED. Better yet, if I were to "redorder", I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for my pan to arrive.

And to think, it took me all of 5 minutes to place an order for the same charcoal pan with the Bass Pro Shop, and it is guaranteed to arrive no later than next week. I will never, ever deal with Brinkmann again!

Sorry to vent, just don't want anyone to have the same experience as I.
 
I do all of my Brinkman shopping on trash day. For some reason, people keep setting them out to the curb for free.
