i have never brined before. i never seen a need for it. i cook chicken and it always taste good.

as my idol once said, "do ya feel lucky punk?"

magic dust just seemed right. i got some mad hunky chicken brine. ok, lets give it a go.

burped the bag and into the frig for a 5 hours soak.

1 brined breast got some miners mix and the other two unbrined breast got it too.

ok, heres the shocker. i tried cutting pieces off each breast. gave my wife a piece of each one too. we both picked out the mad hunky chicken brined breasts. it had the greatest flavor. moist and very flavorful. the brined breast by itself was the best tasting. no rub was needed at all. i will be getting more of this great brine. should have done this along time ago.

oh, we made some nice chicken salad for dinner.
