I just got a 18.5 WSM from Santa. Been cold here and working lots of hours but will be off Monday Thur Thursday so its going to get a workout soon.Ordered a maverick et-733 today and it should be here Friday. I have few weber grills and a old smokey grill. Offset using these in the past and make some pretty mean chicken but Im here to learn about these WSMs. Nice to be here!
