Breaking in the new bullet

Finally got the chance to break in the new smoker. Picked some butts (99 cents a pound at QFC) and put them on at about 11:45 AM. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

I know what you mean about getting impatient. I smoked a turkey for Thanksgiving (my first smoke ever) and I had no idea what I was doing so started it way too late to be on time for dinner. I didn't want people getting full on the oven turkey before they tried my yummy smoked bird so I pulled it off.

Tasted good, but wasn't done. Back to the grill for her. Turned out ok, but WAY too late for dinner
