Breaking in the new Aura Kettle Zone Cooking System


 
Still a huge fan and advocate of the kettle zone system and that is a great price, I have a whole chicken and a pork shoulder defrosting to be cooked for Sunday dinner this week.

Michael, thank you for all your posts & pics on this product. Can the stainless steel grates be fitted on the lower level for a closer direct cook? What is the height clearance between the stone to the SS grate, as I'm wondering if there is enough space to fit a drip or water pan?
