Breakfast with New English Muffin Bread

My ingredients for English Muffin Bread. Mixed everything together, divided between two pans that were greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Then sprinkled cornmeal on top and let rise for 45 minutes. Into a 400* oven for 25 minutes. When done take out of pans place on rack cover and let cool.
Breakfast was sliced muffin bread, eggs, left over brisket and Swiss cheese. This was cooked on the griddle on greenie.

Finish and plated. This was to die for bread.
