Breakfast on the MOJOE Griddle

I received my Mojoe griddle last week and tried it out with Sunday breakfast.
On the kettle for the first time.

Had a blast cooking breakfast outside on the mojoe. It turned out great.

Looks good Kelly, how much charcoal did you use? a full chimney.

Yes, a full chimney poured into baskets and placed in the center. After about ten minutes, the griddle is hot.

Kelly, great job on the breakfast! Of all the things I cook on the Mojo, breakfast is still my favorite! I don't know if you've ever tried to make smash burgers before, but they are fun and easy on the Mojo as well! Lookin forward to seeing more action shot with the new toy!

I will keep ya'll updated on future cooks with the Mojoe. I did cook burgers with grilled onions and toasted buns (smelled wonderful) that evening - came out great. It was a blast cooking on it. Makes you feel like a pro cook which i am not.

I will try the special sauce next time. Butter and grill the buns is a given. Whataburger (a Texas origin burger franchise) sells a branded creamy pepper sauce that's really good also.
