Breakfast Fatty

So I was already smoking a Pork butt so I decided to smoke a breakfast fatty. Breakfast sausage with hash browns, onions, jalapenos, and mushrooms. Of course Cheese smoked Swiss and Cheddar and a bacon weave on the outside. MMM!! So Freaking good!!

That's a yummy-looking fatty there, Joe! I didn't realize there was anyone on here from Boise. I was born and raised there, and just last summer moved to Portland, Oregon for a new job. Before I moved, I could never decipher if there were any other members from Boise.
