Got a late start on dinner tonight, so we decided on a quick cook. I had picked up some fresh
Johnsonville Bratwurst Burgers the other day and decided to grill them. First cut up some onion
and mushrooms seasoned with Penzeys Old World, then placed in my CI pan with butter. A can of Bush’s
Smokehouse Tradition beans were topped with a couple of slices of previously smoked and partially cooked bacon.
Put onto the grill at a temp of 350 and a chunk of pecan.
Added the Bratwurst Burgers, seasoned with Penzeys BBQ 3000 and a couple of slices of smoked bacon to the grill.
Burgers and bacon flipped.
Everything done and waiting to be plated.
Plated with fresh tomato and spicy mustard.
Delicious quick meal!
