I grabbed this recipe from the Weber site, http://www.weber.com/grillout/recipes/pork/brats-with-stewed-spicy-peppers
It’s very easy and quick too. As usual, he’s just hanging around and waiting. When the covers come off, he’s there!
Peppers and onions simmered ahead of time over direct and then moved over to indirect. A beer for the cook and a beer for the brats! Oh! Mustard too.
After browning the brats, cook with the peppers and beer for 10 to 15 minutes.
At the table. We had these on rolls with a side of veggies. I thought they were “okay” but everyone else enjoyed them and asked to have them again. Hopefully the next time I can get my browning skills honed a little.
