Brand New Genesis Silver C

I scored this brand new Silver C with cast iron grates off Craigslist for 175. It was missing the side table insert and has a missing caster wheel. The previous owner bought the grill and was notified that she was being transferred out of state, and the grill when into storage. How old is it? I am guessing 10 years. Model number is 2260000, Serial number DU0509173

I seasoned the grates last night, and grilled a few tuna steaks, which were delicious.

How did it cook,I still can't beleive some of the deals we see here on this site that you members find. But this is one of the best.

That's a crazy clean grill for 10 years old. DU at the start of the serial number should indicate it's a 2002 model. Good find!
