Been lurking here and other forums looking for ideas on a custom cart. I have a chimney and a Grand Turbo 36 built into an island. An Orion Cooker. And just 4 months ago got a CharGriller Acorn Kamodo. But no Weber!
Haven't used the gasser in years. Was using the chimney pretty much 2-4 times a week up until I got the Acorn, but I find the temperature very difficult to regulate on that thing. I use the Orion occasionally.
I finally decided to take the plunge. Ordered a Copper 22.5 from Amazon and started drawing up some rough sketches.
Picked up the lumber and hardware Saturday morning and started cutting. Put what I had cut together yesterday and here is where we are so far:
I'm hoping to be cooking next weekend!
