We usually do eat quite a bit of quinoa. Unfortunately there hasn’t been much in the stores. Dry goods still are hot and miss.Great roast - Interesting comment from your butcher... maybe now that fall is settling in, you'll get more roast options. Summer in Bend must be quinoa season!
