Boston Butt Pork Steaks

Saw these in the store and had to try them.

Applied yellow mustard and rub. Let it marinate overnight. Set up the kettle for indirect. Added a little apple juice to catch pans. Cooked for 80 minutes with apple wood smoke. Started at 325 degrees and finished around 250 degrees. Basted with some bbq sauce during the last 20 minutes of the cook. Made a great lunch.
