Borrowing a 22 WSM until December (Baltimore, MD)

We recently moved to Cockeysville, MD and our property management does not allow grills nor smokers. We're going to move again in December/January.

I have a modified 22 WSM that I don't want to sell yet. Rather than putting it into storage, I was thinking of letting someone on TVWBB borrow it until our move.

Do you guys think it's a good idea?
 
You should check the details on the grilling restrictions. I lived in a place that said grills could not be used within 20 feet of any structure - it was an ordinance. So I got out my tape measure and set up my WSM in a parking space.

Otherwise, loan it out. It's cheaper than selling it and buying another.
