Does anyone know where to get a good size boneless skinless turkey breast in the Boston area. I'm planning for a big party and am gonna have a littlebit of everything. On 2 bullets I'm gonna have brisket, turkey and pastrami. I can get them at a local store, but its kind of a hassell. I've cooked one before in the oven and its superb. I have mastered regular turkeys, but I figured with a large group the other way would be the way to go. Thanks for any assistance.

Mickey,
Where are you? I go to Sudbury Farms (same as Roche Bros) on route 20 in Sudbury, or the Roche Bros in Natick. They usually have skin on bonesless turkey breasts netted. Pick up what you want, take them to the meat dept area and ask that the skin be removed and the meat placed back in the netting. Sometimes they are a bit pricey, but often are on sale. Or they'll take orders over the phone for pickup

Hey Dave,

Thanks actually I'm in Marlborough, right on the Sudbury line. I'll check that out. I don't mind the skin on actually, I'm more concerned with it being boneless. What sizes do they run?? They have them right in stock huh??
