Bone pork chops and Cheesy rice and broccoli

I bought a couple of whole pork loins awhile back and cut some into nice 1 1/2" thick chops.

Seasoned with Penzey's BBQ3000 and Northwoods

Plated with my wife's Cheesy Rice and Broccoli
