Salted some ribeyes for about 30 minutes
Made up a couple of Grilled Onion Buds with some Chipotle Sour Cream.
Then some baked potatoes then sliced and fried until the cut sides turned crispy.
Bone In Ribeyes cooked over mesquite charcoal.
