Felt like having a good pork chop tonight. I did this one with Herb and Garlic Rub. Threw in a baked potato and some grilled corn and grilled plum tomato. Here we go.
The recipe refers to this as a rub. I guess it is, with some olive oil for good measure. Includes minced garlic, mashed together with K Salt to form a paste, chopped rosemary, chopped sage leaves and black pepper, combined with the evoo.

Spread the "rub" on the chop, both sides and let sit at room temp for about 20 minutes.

Scrubbed a russet, little butter, salt and pepper on the skin and placed on indirect for a good hour.

At the half hour mark I added the ear of corn.

Pulled both after an hour.

Grilled the chop about 8 minutes, flipping once.

Roasted up a plum tomato.

Plated.

After a good slice. Very moist and delicious!

Thanks for looking!!!
