Boerenkool

[Arwin]

Today I made "boerenkool", I believe you call this "kale", it's typical dutch winterfood...

Started a few coco brics in my Ikea mini starter.

Put potatoes together with some bacon and lard and a smoked sausage in the DO.

After a while I added the Kale(?)

Let it cook for about 90 minutes

And mashed it all.

It's another IKEA product that was never intended to be a bbq product

It's called "Ordning cutlery caddy" and they sell it for $2,99.

Great idea for the "mini starter". Have one in our junk/dont use anymore drawer at home. It will be migrating out to the garage to join the rest of my grilling accessories as soon as I get home.
