Welcome Bobby,

What are you cooking on ? We love pictures so please share.

Cheers !
Hey DanHoo

Thanks for the welcome. I’m cooking on a WSM 22.5. Hoping that Weber comes out with a bigger version of the WSM.

Tomahawk steak
St. Louis cut ribs
Thanksgiving turkey

Always looking for tips, pointers and constructive criticism.

Thanks again.

The WSM is a pretty big cooker, if they made a 26" WSM the lid would be pretty dang heavy. If you want to boost the cooking capacity for ribs and chicken, you could consider some rib/chicken hanging racks from Hunsaker or Gateway. I have the Gateway hanger and could probably get 8 racks on the cooker with no problem. Of course, some folks like to use the bookshelf style rib racks but I prefer the hanger..

I made this on my WSM with hanger.... not too shabby ;)
