My husband just caught 3 dozen Blue Claw Crabs.
I have the WSM ready to go, for chicken thighs (apple wood).
If I were to put the crabs on after the chicken,
(in a tin pan with a little water and old bay seasoning) do you think the wood smoke flavor would be OK?
Has anyone else cooked crabs this way?
I did a search but could not come up with anything.
