Blue Cheese Cole Slaw


 
We haven't had dinner yet, but DH just let me taste the dressing he made for the coleslaw (to go with our pork chops). He cut back on the mustard, a little, and he also cut back on the sugar. He added a little bit more mayo. We both gave it a delicious. Now, I can't wait for dinner. :giggle:

Ingredients to my shopping list. I'm fixing her a ribeye this weekend and this slaw will be the perfect side.

Brenda, how is your Mom doing? I hardly have any desire for anything these days. Was soo surprised that I actually had a desire for this salad. It hit the spot!!!!!!!
