Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

We haven't had dinner yet, but DH just let me taste the dressing he made for the coleslaw (to go with our pork chops). He cut back on the mustard, a little, and he also cut back on the sugar. He added a little bit more mayo. We both gave it a delicious. Now, I can't wait for dinner.

Brenda, please forgive me. Until I went looking for this thread this morning, I never got back to you about your mother. How is she doing?I made this slaw last weekend and thought it was very good. But my mother LOVED it!
She is starting to lose her appetite a little bit, so you can bet I will be making this again soon.
