Bison Burgers

Tonight is Bison bacon burgers.


Lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon on home made sour dough toast.

Should be tasty! We used to eat a lot of bison but our local source quit raising them.

Bison is a healthy alternative to beef, less fat. So Mark, how'd they turn out?

They were wonderful. Only grilled to medium so they were nice and juicy. The sourdough bread vs. bun stole the show. And yes, bread was buttered then toasted on the grill.
