Birthday party tonight with lots of alcohol and smoked pulled pork :)


 


We want to see plenty of pics... Even if you need to reply to your own post to add pics....
 
Frist picture after 12hours seasoning with a basic bbq rub with a little extra touch. This pic i took couple of hours ago. Haven't seen the butts since then. I will peak and baste on the 6th hour of the Cook.

Oh yeah and it isn't a schouder butt :( we can't get that easy overhere ! This is the part next to the schouder. The neck! But truly great piece of meat for the PP session :)
 
Awesome! 10/10. Acually have a pork neck on the smoker for some PP aswell. I will look @your pics and eat mine ;)
