M MMatich New member Jun 4, 2015 #9 Birds on the WSM at 300 Deg. After 45 minutes, ready for a coat of BBQ sauce. Done after an additional 15 minutes, then 1 minute over the coals skin side down to crisp. Results were very good. Looking forward to the next project, Ribs....
