Just one photo to make sure I am doing it right......more to come, this will be my first smoke ever.....
 
I bet your chickens will turn out great. I did half chickens for my first smoke and it was a great and tasty way to learn how to use the wsm.
 


Birds on the WSM at 300 Deg.



After 45 minutes, ready for a coat of BBQ sauce.



Done after an additional 15 minutes, then 1 minute over the coals skin side down to crisp. Results were very good. Looking forward to the next project, Ribs....
