Son and I were packing up for our father son tent camping trip this morning. Packing all the stuff and grabbed the JJ (older version with the side air vents) pulled the lid off to check to see if any leftover coals left and found a bird nest with 7 tiny little eggs in it! The nest was on top of the coals between the charcoal and cooking grate. One of the side air dampers was open and must be where the mama bird was going in and out. Nevertheless we put the grill back and are now having to go to plan "B" for cooking. Craziest thing I've seen in awhile! Guess well have to use the little SJ...
