Seasoned with only EVOO, Penzey's Chicago Steak Seasoning and freshly ground pepper.
Sunshine Squash, Yukons and garden fresh (from ours) Poblanos also on the 26'er...
...a coupla turns for the bright zucchini, Yukons and the peppers AND the BOC ribeyes...
...these C'boys need no fat-trimming...
see, i eet fat, good or bad for ya, i eet it. (and I love it!)
Okeydokie now, The dog, she got her dinner/snack...
...and the cat, well, he got something too...
...and when liz saw the size of the steak..
"Oh no, I can't eet all that, here, lemme cut it in half"
Honestly, she drives me nutso
