Big Day! New Performer

My neighbor has the Gourmet Grilling system with the cast iron insert for searing. That grate is way heavier duty than the standard cooking grate and it has the hinged lids as well plus an insert so it can be used just like the stock one. Gonna grab one and the griddle insert as well for breakfasts on the weekend!!
