Cherry smoked butt is GREAT!

As expected I had quite a bit left from last night's blow-out.

After the party, I pulled the two remaining butts and put them in food saver bags. But I've got about 3lbs left in a foil pan covered with foil for my family get together tomorrow. What do ya'll recommend as the best way to reheat this meat but not dry it out?

You can jusr reheat in the foil pan at 325* just until warmed through. If it appears the meat is dry you may want to mix in either a little apple juice or a little BBQ sauce of your choisce or a combination of the two just to moisten the meat.

I like to use the old crock pot on low with a little low-salt chicken broth to keep it moist the broth really brings out the smoke flavor, you can sauce before serving or i like to pu the sauce on the side

I use a mix of apple juice, apple cider, and water. I like to have a bit in the bottom. Keeps it moist and creates a bit of steam.
