Next Sunday I plan to fire-up my Weber Performer Deluxe and Weber Mastertouch Grills at the same time to grill-up some chicken parts,Chorizo, Beef Sausage and Beefsteak for Ten(10) persons.
How do you guys/gals go-about setting-up both grills and maintaining a constant temperature?
My tentative plan is to light-up charcoal briquets in two(2) large Weber Chimneys 3/4 full and add 5-6 unlit charcoal briquets if need-be at each hour. I will be grilling eight(8) whole chicken legs on one kettle and three(3) lbs of beefsteak on another with the chorizo and beef sausage.
