Tom, This should have been posted in the recipe request section but... Anywho, best, like with anything is subjective, and a matter of opinion. But this is the only slaw I make these days, my revised recipe, that suits my taste buds is in my last post. It's awsome on top a butt sammie.
I tried the pickled diakon & carrot mix that Vietnamese sandwich shops put on their sandwiches but I did not get the mix right. I think it would be the perfect combination to use with pulled pork.
The Horseradish slaw is very good and would probably go well on PP. If you're looking for a good side slaw try the Neely's Sweet and Spicy its a winner . . . just don't think it would be that great on PP.
