I was wondering if anyone has used this Charcoal in the WSM using the minion method and how did it do? I have a bunch of this stuff and will be cooking a brisket this weekend and was wondering if it will work fine for a longer burn or if I need to use Kingsford like I normally do. Thanks for any input.
