Beer Bread and Chili

Decided to fire up some Chili and Beer Bread for Sunday's dinner.
There's nothing easier than baking this beer bread with cheddar cheese.

While the Chili cooks we pick at the bread and the case of yuengling.

Next time I'm adding bacon and Jalapenos.
The Chili is my go to recipe.

Everything looks tasty! My wife adds the jalapenos and bacon and it sure is good!
 
Love the chile and bread. Would you share the recipe for the bread? I love trying new bread recipes.

This is as easy as it gets.
2 cups self rising flower.
2 Tablespoons of sugar
1 beer
1 large hand full of shredded extra sharp cheese.
mix everything and put in a bread pan.
cook indirect at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes (when thermometer comes out clean)
remove from pan and pull apart by hand and eat.
