Been working and traveling like crazy for the last month. However I did find time to buy a new 22.5 WSM (aka: Binford 6100) I kept my 18.5 WSM (aka: Binford 5100).

Done a simple leg qtr break in cook last night. Used some RO Lump minion style

Threw some Yukon golds and a fattie on with the qtr's that were seasoned with Lawry's perfect blend poultry rub.

The Binford 6100 stayed on the money for 1.5 hrs till taters and fattie where done

Then time for the perfect skin process

It had been 9 days since I have cooked on cc! I was having major withdrawls!!!

More 22.5 pics comparing size to the 18.5, WOW this thing is MASSIVE and I love it! Gonna be a heck of a good conversation piece on the patio! Went ahead and modded up like my 18.5.
