I went to the market today with a goal to find something a little different. Much to my surprise these were on sale!
I immediately decided I wanted to do a Korean/Asian theme for these. With temps over 110 today I knew it would be a fast cook and later dinner.
Did a marinate of olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and some ginger. Then rubbed with two different Korean options.
I tried to keep the temps around 300 but with the the outside temps so high it was difficult. Used some cherry
and did indirect with a glaze at the end and a quick sear.
Then did some green beans and cheated with some TJ’s frozen rice! No way I was cooking indoors tonight!
Next up are some ridiculous looking pork steaks that were on sale…major tease I know
