I went to the market today with a goal to find something a little different. Much to my surprise these were on sale!3968FE1B-6146-4C80-99F4-AE25315F8B62.jpegI immediately decided I wanted to do a Korean/Asian theme for these. With temps over 110 today I knew it would be a fast cook and later dinner.
Did a marinate of olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and some ginger. Then rubbed with two different Korean options. Used some cherry 🍒 and did indirect with a glaze at the end and a quick sear.F61B0BEE-9C82-4264-B248-838DB2417578.jpegThen did some green beans and cheated with some TJ’s frozen rice! No way I was cooking indoors tonight!128AC58B-3470-47A2-BBA6-14C9D6BCC8CB.jpeg20B004C0-3783-49F6-9A91-794BC4F35083.jpegNext up are some ridiculous looking pork steaks that were on sale…major tease I know 😬

You won that battle. Great looking cook. Note, microwave rice is a great cheat when it’s too hot to turn the cooktop on.
