Beef, tomato, red pepper, onion and veggies in oyster sauce

Working a bit too much right now. So dinner’s a quick stir fry.

Thinly sliced top sirloin, red pepper, white onion, asparagus, Napa cabbage and tomatoes in a light oyster sauce.

Served over jasmine rice.

This recipe was the base for methods and sauce, just changed the veggies.

 
That does look delicious. I think the key is the oyster sauce. I always use that to get that authentic Chinese take out flavor.
Indeed. I use this one as the flavor is better than their standard one.
