BEEF Ribs

It seems there is a shortage of beef rib recipes and techniques on this site. I am looking for your best recipes and styles on how to cook the best beef ribs. I do cook pork spares and butts, but my preference is beef. Where's the BEEF?

I cook them the same way as pork -- for about 6 hours. I like them very tender.
