Beef Ribs

I just got my new bullet smoker from Wal Mart.com and put it together tonight. I'm really excited about trying it this week. Does anyone have a good method of cooking beef ribs on the WSM? The Let's Cook section doesn't have a beef rib recipe.

P.S. It arrived today without any defects.
